“HollyWood Halo”
As part of Adobe Digital Video Audio’s long-term goal to be seen as a leader in the industry, I partnered with companies such a 20th Century Fox, Netflix, Warner Bros., Disney and Sony to showcase the use of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition. This involved copywriting, rounds of approvals from the respective studios, and paid social support. Additionally, I moderated live streams that were connected to promotion of various film and tv releases.
Premiere Pro 25th Anniversary
For Adobe Premiere Pro’s 25th Anniversary, Adobe partnered with the band Imagine Dragons to hold a the #MakeTheCut contest creating re-mix edits of the “Believer” music video. Contestants utilized Adobe digital video and audio tools to make creative edits that were later judged by a panel of professional film editors. This was an extensive campaign that involved both paid and organic content, as well as heavy social channel moderation and support.
After Effects 25th Anniversary
Adobe After Effects’ 25th Anniversary was celebrated with a social campaign highlighting its use in popular media, as well as a mini campaign (#AeQuickTip) to showcase short gif tutorials on it’s features. We also help live streams with Hollywood creators who use After Effects in their work.
Passport to Creativity
Adobe partnered with Passion Passport to send six students to international locations where they created content using Adobe tools. This campaign culminated in an in-person activation in Los Angeles, California that showcased the work that had been created.
Events
Through my three years at Adobe, I supported events such as Adobe Max, Sundance Film Festival, VidCon, ComicCon, and NAB Show. This included live social content creation, software update announcements, live stream moderation, promotion, and more.
Adobe Evangelism
Adobe Digital Video and Audio support product release/updates as well overall education through it’s Evangelism program. This involved tutorial live streaming, as well as presentation at industry events. Supporting Evangelism efforts through social media promotion, moderation, and community management was one of my key roles.
CuratiON of User Generated Content
Adobe products boast a large community of creative users, and finding and showcasing their work was a part of my job that I especially loved. Creating fun copy to grab our social audience’s attention was an interesting challenge.
Adobe Students InstaGram
The Adobe Student Instagram channel was an additional place to showcase user generated content (from students), as well as tie in larger campaigns such as Passport to Creativity.
